Order processing & cut-off
- Orders placed before 18:00 (UK time) are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 18:00 or on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next business day.
- All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 0–1 business days after processing.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with Royal Mail and trusted couriers. You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch (remote areas may take slightly longer)
