When Hol Horse accepts a request from an elderly woman to find her lost parrottrained by the owner of the falcon Pet Shophe finds himself trekking across half the globe to the Japanese city of Morioh.

The missing parrot is revealed to be another Stand user that was given special training at DIOs command. Hol Horse and Josuke Higashikata set out to find and stop a villain who is harming people in Morioh by using the parrots Stand ability to reenact the past. Meanwhile, Ryoko Kakyoin seeks to uncover the truth behind her cousin Noriakis death, and shes convinced that the predictions of a comic book will lead her to the answers.
